Growing up in Iowa and searching for a true passion, Alex Stack discovered the magic of tea at a small café near Boulder, CO. Seeing real tea leaves for the first time sparked a fascination that turned into a lifelong journey. After diving deep into tea knowledge, Alex thought, Why not turn this love into something that brings people together? Thus, Enaga Tea was born.
The journey began with sampling teas, connecting with farmers and brokers, and finding partners who shared our commitment to quality and passion for tea. Over time, we built a community of tea enthusiasts who value culture, connection, and craftsmanship. After a year and a half of exploration and collaboration, we were ready to share Enaga Tea with the world.
As we expanded our knowledge and refined our purpose, our mission became clear: Tea is a bridge connecting people, cultures, and traditions. We are dedicated to making high-quality tea experiences accessible to everyone while enriching communities. But how could we best fulfill this mission?

We noticed a gap in the market: while coffee shops thrive as community hubs, many struggle to offer standout tea experiences. This inspired us to focus on wholesale partnerships, where we collaborate with coffee shops to elevate their tea offerings and connect with local tea communities. Hosting tea classes at these shops deepened those connections, bringing tea lovers together.
Soon, we saw the growing demand for our teas to be enjoyed at home. With accessibility in mind, we launched our e-commerce platform to share Enaga’s high-quality teas with everyone. This next step reflects our commitment to fostering connection and discovery through tea.
