I came to class knowing little about tea, so it was fascinating to learn about different types and origins. We brewed and sampled six teas, taking home our favorite. It was a great way to try unique teas and meet fellow tea lovers—I'm excited for the next class!

Alex's enthusiasm and insights made the class both enjoyable and informative. It was a fantastic experience for my daughter, a beginner, and for me, someone who has been "steeped" in tea culture for a while. We both learned a lot and had a great time!

This was an excellent class! Very interactive and informative. I learned a lot and really enjoyed the class structure. My favorite was the Gong Fu tea ceremony.
