Oriental Beauty

Usually known in Taiwan, our Bai Hao comes from a small family farm at the foot of the Huangshan Mountains in China. The Bai Hao (white tip) in its name describes one of the characteristic features of the tea leaves. Before this tea is carefully handpicked in the summer, it must wait for the arrival of small green flies to nibble its leaves which imparts its wonderfully sweet honey finish.
